Terms & Conditions

1. Who you are buying from. Products on this website are sold by DigiSurf Agency LLC ("the seller", "we"). Contact: hello@packingcubeco.example.

2. Orders. When you place an order you make an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we dispatch your goods. We may decline an order where stock or pricing errors occur, in which case you are refunded in full.

3. Prices and payment. All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken securely at checkout via Stripe. Delivery charges are shown before you pay: free UK delivery on orders over £20, £5.99 otherwise.

4. Delivery. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours (working days; personalised items within three working days) and arrive within 7 to 14 days of dispatch, within the UK.

5. Returns and cancellation. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods. On top of that, our own guarantee gives you 30 days and a full refund with return postage paid by us - see our Returns page. Correctly personalised items are covered for faults; for change-of-mind on personalised goods, contact us and we will find a fair answer.

6. Our products. Our packing cubes and organisers are travel storage products. Nothing on this site is professional advice of any kind.

7. Faulty goods. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If anything falls short, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund.

8. Liability. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights or our liability where the law does not permit it.

9. Governing law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
