Who we are. This website is operated by DigiSurf Agency LLC ("we", "us"), the data controller for personal information collected through this site. Contact: hello@packingcubeco.example.

What we collect. When you place an order we collect your name, delivery address, email address and order details. Payment is processed securely by Stripe - we never see or store your full card details. If you join our newsletter we store the email address you give us. If you order a personalised item, we store the initials or name you ask us to embroider.

How we use it. We use your information to fulfil orders, arrange delivery, process refunds under our money-back guarantee, respond to enquiries and (only if you opt in) send our newsletter. We do not sell your data to anyone.

Legal basis. We process order data to perform our contract with you, and newsletter data with your consent, in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Sharing. We share only what is necessary with delivery carriers (to get your parcel to you) and Stripe (to take payment).

Retention. Order records are kept for 6 years for tax and accounting purposes. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights. Under UK GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@packingcubeco.example to exercise any of these rights. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies. This site uses only essential cookies and local storage needed for the basket and your cookie preference. We set no tracking cookies without your consent.
